So it was us three , from the far left , Julie , her mom Michelle and I(maryann) and we were so excited to go check out all the cool scrapbooking supplies they had to offer at the Creating Keepsakes convention . We first head to the restroom to make sure their are no intruptions LOL! We then enter the convention , wow! we were so excited to see so many papers,stickers , it was like disneyland for scrapbookers. We then go to put our tickets to see if we can win the door price we had Julie do it because Michelle and I thought since she was the little fairy we know she would give use good luck . A booth catches our eye we go to take a look see . Its a paper called Piggy Tales , they had the cutest paper and we fell in love with it immediately . So I end up buying a kit and Michelle buys some stuff too. Everyone was havin' a great time nobody was out of place , it was like we all belonged at this convention , we were all excited to explore new things and spending alot of moolah lol! We then get told by one of the sellers that theirs free ice cream and she points us to the direction , of course , Ice cream and its free! you bet we're headin' on over their so away we go to the Skinny cow booth , low fat too! ya can't beat that. We then decide maybe this is the time to take a break and sit down to really enjoy the ice cream bar . It was really tasty.
So after a sinnless ice cream bar we head out to look and buy more stuff . what fun I ended up buying these two kits , both by Basic Grey , it was the new Lime Rickey line, as you can see I was really excited.
We then head out to another booth this one was a jewelry making one , that was Michelle's thang so she picked up a jewelry making thing , she was really excited about that.It was called Little windows. So we just kept spending and loved everything we saw , if we could have bought the whole place we would have I kid you not! LOL! We really had a great time now to go and do some layouts with the new kits I bought . Thanks Michelle and Julie for joining me at the CKC it was really fun!
